The research is aimed at developing a predictive model of the risks in railroad transport when using diagnostics axle boxes freight wagons, which will allow assessing traffic safety during operation wagons. To develop transport, approaches probability theory were used. constructed makes it possible to assess transportations; determine further measures reduce them; evaluate diagnostic method. authors developed methods wagons’ maintenance and repair box. This includes failure-free identifying technical condition significance parameter its relative assessment after appropriate maintenance, or control.
